Wild Heir Labrador Rescue is not responsible for any damages initiated by the actions of any dog the volunteer comes in contact with while volunteering for Wild Heir Labrador Rescue.

The volunteer will assume all responsibility for any dogs while in their care and its actions during possession. Wild Heir Labrador Rescue assumes no responsibility or liability for damages incurred, including but not limited to personal liability or damages to personal property including, but not limited to, home furnishings/personal property damaged by any dog. The volunteer will not hold Wild Heir Labrador Rescue responsible if any dog bites any member of the volunteer's family. No verbal agreements between the Foster Home and Wild Heir Labrador Rescue shall be binding.
